Martigny (Switzerland), 30 January 2026 – Valdimiro Leone, Team TSV Team Manager tells us about the 2026 season: “This new season, we’re even more motivated to reach the top step of the podium in S1GP, with Steve Bonnal having shown his speed and ready to challenge the defending champion. We also have an emerging rookie from the Swiss championship, Julien Haengelli, who will line up among the best in the world championship to achieve the best possible result. But it’s in the younger S2 class that we have a lot of faith in the two standard-bearers: Noah Champagne, already a protagonist last season, and Riccardo Andreotti, who is now a talented Italian.
We certainly want to be a key player in the S4 class as well, with Alessandro Sciarretta, who is highly motivated for this new season as a factory rider in the European championship.
There will be no shortage of wildcard entries for Nicola Pasqua, a newcomer to the European scene, nor for Mattia Rato, the reigning Italian champion in the S4 category, who already made his S1GP debut in the 2025 FIM SuperMoto of Nations, even winning a race in the Junior class. He also showed what he’s made of in Mettet, winning the Rookie category and finishing among the top overall. English TT icon Davey Todd will also be returning to redeem a result that slipped away this year due to a racing collision.”
